COMMISSION PROCESS

- To request a comm, send me a dm on twitter/discord/instagram (@ninejuiceboxes)
- Updates will be sent throughout the process. Any major changes that stray from the initial commission request may be declined.
- I will only start the commission when full payment is made.
- Any major changes wanted after the commission is completed needs to be additionally paid for.
- When I complete the commission, I will send you the high quality PNG of the artwork via Email. If this would be a problem (if you would like me to send it through other platforms eg. discord) just let me know.

WHAT TO INCLUDE WHEN COMMISSIONING

(1) Type of commission you want
(2) Any specific deadline (if applicable for rush-in)
(3) Character references (if it can't be provided a character design fee will be added)
(4) Descriptions/Images of details you might want to be included (eg. specific expressions, colour palette, accessories not included in character ref, etc. )
(5) Payment method
Optional:
> Character personality or background
> A simple sketch of what you want (stickmen and simple shapes work!)
> Any specific size/ratio you want the commission to be

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By commissioning, you agree with my Terms and Conditions
- Do not resell or claim the commission art as your own. When using the artwork in an online presence (e.g. profile pictures, banners, etc) credit me.
- I have the right to decline a commission that I cannot or do not want to do.
- I have the right to use the commission art in my portfolio.!!!PLEASE READ!!!
- The artist has the right to stop or cancel the client’s request/work on commission due to the poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- The client is absolutely not allowed to use the commission work for any sort of NFT or AI service.- Client may use or edit for:
> Printing the commission work personal use.
> Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, etc.
> Use the artwork as reference to study.- Don’t trace/deform/alter the final art piece.

Payment Methods
- Full payment upfront
- Payment through Paypal invoice sent by artist (International)
- Payment through Paynow for SGeansRefund Policy
- There will be no refunds unless a situation arises where I am unable to complete the commission, in that case I will refund the amount I deemed to have not been finished.Revisions Policy
(1) Preliminary Work/ Sketches
- The client may request up to 3 revisions during the draft (pose, colours, expression etc.)
- Additional fees will be charged to the client for revisions made after the approval of final rough draft/ after 3 revisions
(2) Finished Art
- The client to be charged an additional fee (to be negotiated separately) for requested changes to the final art
Important
- If I draw the design wrongly, (missing ahoge, fang, mole, accessory, etc.) I will correct it upon request not considered as a revisionDeadlines
- Commission work will be completed at the artist’s own pace due to personal life and work (refer to price list for estimate on how long each commission type will take)
- Additional fees will be charged to client for rush-in commissions
Commercial Use
- The commission is for personal use only unless an additional fee is paid for commercial use
- The commercial fee will be discussed with the clientExamples of commercial uses:
> Monetization
> Profit purpose
> Digital/Physical Merchandise
> Cover/Original song illustrations
> Emotes for monetization (such as twitch subscription, asset use for tips, etc)
> Assets (such as assets use inside video, Patreon’s tier assets, streaming purpose assets, etc)
